Services provided include ventilator management and weaning, infectious disease management, and complex wound care. North Alabama Specialty Hospital is managed by Priority Hospital Group and is part of a joint venture with Huntsville Hospital.
Job Description:
Responsible for all aspects of the employment process to include candidate sourcing, hiring, and onboarding. Responsible for new employee orientation and training of staff on human resources policies and processes. Compiles and reports on performance measures. Maintains employee files and requirements per accrediting body standards. Tracks, maintains, and processes hospital payroll.
