JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring hardworking, detail-oriented and productive candidates who are interested in becoming a key member of our accounting team.

This position is critical to the financial and accounting operations of our property management services. It requires personal responsibility for your own portfolio, but also provides a strong team atmosphere of support and inclusion.

TYPICAL DUTIES
Code/Data Entry of A/P and process check runs as scheduled;
Data Entry of AR;
Journal Entries;
Monthly financial reporting preparation and distribution;
Maintain electronic files;
Prepare 1099s;
CAM Reconciliations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Quickbooks, Skyline, or AppFolio software;

Working knowledge of Excel;

Education in accounting or business.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to sit at computer and keyboard for substantial periods;
Mobility sufficient to move about the office;
Sight and hearing adequate to perform the duties of the job, ability to communicate clearly;
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

COMPENSATION

Starts at $25 per hour bonuses; also includes full benefits and 401(k) match.
