This inside sales position is for an energetic, self-starter who can manage heavy inbound/outbound email and phone contact with existing and prospective retailers nationwide. The position requires excellent organization, computer and phone skills, along with the ability to build relationships and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support for key accounts; respond to requests and inquiries
  • Act as a liaison between key accounts and sale ops ensuring POs are always up to date
  • Review online offerings from key accounts to ensure the correct product offerings are available to customers
  • Coordinate samples to prospective retailers and follow up in a timely manner to gauge interest
  • Consistently utilize and maintain all sales activity via provided CRM database
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure you are utilizing the optimal POS, email verbiage, and sampling the correct items
  • Research for the correct retailer targets and their decision makers
Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Knowledge of CRMs and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Growth mindset and the need to always do what’s right
  • Ability to be productive while working independently
  • Quick-learner and self-motivated
  • Great attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset
