Job Description

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has experience strategically managing B2C acquisition channels including paid search. You can work independently, are innovative and resourceful. Although you are mindful of creative, you are also analytical - data ultimately drives your decision-making process. You want to make an impact that you can truly measure. You are an excellent collaborator, able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of your initiatives. You are not satisfied with the status quo and always look for ways to make the program better.

Responsibilities

This person will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing and reporting digital campaigns for B2C acquisition. To be successful in this role, this person is required to have the following skills and experience:

  • 4 years of recent experience setting up, optimizing and reporting campaigns in platforms such as Facebook / Instagram / Meta for Business, LinkedIn as well as programmatic display/video experience with platforms like Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, TheTradeDesk, Adobe Advertising Cloud, and/or Acuity.
  • Experience managing $100,000 /month ad spend.
  • Experience in analyzing campaigns performance and making recommendations for budget allocation and creative production.
  • Experience partnering and negotiating with outside agencies for campaign management and creative work.
  • Experience using A/B testing tools, including proprietary tools
  • Must be comfortable forecasting, requesting and managing a growing budget with KPI targets as the constant focus.
Experience and Skills:
  • 2 years working in a corporate environment and being comfortable with proactively reaching out to peers, managers, and vendors, communicating any changes or delays to the campaign plans, sending email updates, attending and contributing to cross-functional syncs, etc.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and presentations for the operational excellence of their own team and to share learnings across the organization.
  • A strong desire to find and execute on optimization opportunities.
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification, Google Ads Certified, or similar industry and tools certifications (for example, Kenshoo Social/ Hubspot).
  • Experience working at an agency would be helpful.
