The Guest Services Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences! This role is responsible for supporting The Brim Cafe, Valet, Bell and Concierge.
We are looking for a dynamic service leader that is excited by the challenge of anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
Someone that is fair but has high expectations for their team.
The Edgewater is an independent boutique, one of kind, 223 rooms iconic hotel with 11,000 sq ft of meeting space.
