Onni Group is Hiring a Senior Guest Service Agent Near Seattle, WA

Calling all experienced Guest Service Agents! Here is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Guest Service Agent to join us! The Senior Guest Services Agent responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Additionally, Sr. Agent is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all Guest Services Agents.

What Will You Do?
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with our services, hours of operations, key personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and practices.
  • Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Creates weekly team schedules for management approval.
  • Manage and create elevator advertisements.
  • Manage amenity reservations.
  • Assist with event set up and break downs.
  • Manages the lobby floors, ensures that all desks and lobbies are clean.
  • Frequently review supply needs and inform management.
  • Complies with Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Assist Residential Coordinators with all special requests and provide support when needed.
  • Assure that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
  • Stores and retrieves guest luggage and packages.
  • Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing.
  • Duties of submitting Work Orders for residents via telephone or in person.
  • Provide basic trouble-shooting support for in-room services such as Internet, TV movies, games, and Web service.
  • Facilitate the loading dock for vendor deliveries and resident move ins and outs.
  • Manages guest parking space assignment and issues guest parking passes.
  • Oversees our bicycle sharing program.
  • Performs other duties as required.
What You Bring:
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows
  • Excellent customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule - able to work on weekends
