A local manufacturing firm in Seattle has a direct hire opening for a Customer Service Manager. For nearly 70 years, this company has been manufacturing custom-designed components for printed electronics, injection molded plastics, biosensors and more! With four North America manufacturing sites, they serve companies across nearly every industry and have a reputation for exceeding customer expectations.

In this Customer Service Manager role, you would responsible for leading a team of account managers and customer service professionals to drive sales results and an excellent customer experience. This is a great opportunity for a results driven, people leader that is looking for a growth opportunity with a company that puts an emphasis on development and work-life balance!

Customer Service Manager Job Duties:
  • Direct customer service and administrative duties
  • Driving new sales and ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Forecasting
  • Product implementation
  • Hiring, training and development of direct reports
You'll be successful in this role if you are an experienced leader that enjoys driving results through your team!

Schedule: Monday- Friday, fully onsite

Customer Service Manager Job Requirements:
  • 5 years of management experience with a demonstrated history of developing teams
  • 10 years experience in inside sales or customer service roles
  • Experience in manufacturing or production preferred
  • Computer proficiency with experience utilizing ERP software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
Pay: $110,000-135,000/year
