In this Customer Service Manager role, you would responsible for leading a team of account managers and customer service professionals to drive sales results and an excellent customer experience. - Direct customer service and administrative duties
- Driving new sales and ensuring a seamless customer experience

Customer Service Manager Job Requirements:
- 5 years of management experience with a demonstrated history of developing teams
- 10 years experience in inside sales or customer service roles
- Experience in manufacturing or production preferred
- Computer proficiency with experience utilizing ERP software
- Excellent written and verbal communication
