JOB TITLE : Help Desk Support Technician SMELevel
Location : Jackson MS
Duration : Long Term Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION
The selected candidates role will focus on providing alllevels of support to our customer base both remotely and onsite.Candidate will be the initial point of contact with end usersrequesting IT Support.
Ideal candidate has experience inDesktopLaptop repair and troubleshooting software installationhardware implementation and active directory administration.
Candidate must also have experience providing remote assistanceusing various platforms and must be experienced with providingsupport for O365 Applications.
Must be good at organizingprioritizing and planning. Candidate must be able to update andmaintain Help Desk records in accordance with established supportprocedures.
Candidate must also have excellent communicationskills.
REQUIRED DEGREE
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systemsor related field.
Preference given to candidateswith the below skills / experience.
Must also meetminimum requirements.
Microsoft O365experience
BMC Footprints Help DeskExperience
MAC OS Experience
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(S)
