Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for managing relationships with new and existing customers, acting as the primary contact for customer questions and support. The CSR will be responsible for providing administrative and operational assistance to the sales team, managing customer inquiries and communications, and coordinating with various departments within the company. The CSRs attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of our ESOP company. We are strongly seeking a CSR who is bi-lingual in Spanish/English.
