Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for self generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Duties:
- Identify and target potential clients in the market

- Be able to thoroughly inspect clients homes and identify their problems or areas of concern. (Must be comfortable getting on roofs)
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Present product information to clients and demonstrate how our solutions can meet their needs
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

Skill Requirements:
- Proven experience in roofing sales or business development (Minimum 1 year)
- Strong account management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to prospect.
