Nexeo HR is excited to offer a position as a Customer Service Representative for a great company in the Logan, Utah area. As a vital part of this team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service. We are seeking candidates who are adaptable, dedicated, and eager to contribute to our dynamic work environment. This position includes 12 weeks of onsite training.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, demonstrating a high level of attentiveness and problem-solving skills.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while engaging in customer conversations, ensuring each customer receives focused attention.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards when dealing with customer information and sensitive matters.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic by willingly putting in extended hours when necessary to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Accept and fulfill additional responsibilities assigned by the manager, contributing to a seamless operational flow.
Qualifications
• The foundational educational requirement necessary for the role.
• Possess fundamental computer skills and data entry capabilities.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities to ensure effective customer interactions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to varying customer needs and demands.
Pay
$17.00 Per Hour
Schedule
12 Week Training Schedule | 12:00pm - 8:30pm | Monday - Friday
Schedule will change after 12 weeks
