    POSITION: DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
    REPORTS TO: Superintendent of Schools
    GENERAL DUTIES:
    The Director of Human Resources serves as the strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management within the district. This role plays a critical function in attracting, developing, and retaining highly qualified personnel to support the educational mission and goals of the district while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and District policies.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Master's degree or higher
    • At least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a public school district or educational organization.
    • Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations relevant to K-12 education, including collective bargaining agreements.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement and performance.
    SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
