```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of accounts receivable. This is a vital role within our organization, and we are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial concepts.
```Responsibilities```
- Process and record incoming payments from customers
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as necessary
- Reconcile discrepancies between customer payments and invoices
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing or payment issues
- Maintain company statistical reports
```Qualifications```
- Some business background or business college education
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role is beneficial
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Sage or similar systems
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
