Job Description:The Program Manager is a central figure on the contract, responsible for coordinating across the entire scope of the project, including Task Areas 1, 2, & 3. This individual will liaise with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Government Technical Monitors (GTMs) to provide the necessary staffing solutions, oversee the functioning of the key personnel, and manage day-to-day duties. Regular reporting on task activities to the GTMs is required. The Program Manager will also act as a recognized technical and business authority, employing a vast repertoire of management practices, industry standards, and IT disciplines to resolve varied technical and business challenges. An individual in this role is expected to maintain a breadth of knowledge on technological advancements and industry dynamics to deliver the highest levels of efficiency and client satisfaction. This position requires exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving competencies and reports directly to the contract Program Manager.

Requirements:U.S. citizenship is required.Candidate must possess an active Public Trust Clearance.Position is onsiteQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's Degree with 10 years related experience or Master's Degree with 8 years related experience.Demonstrable experience in program management within a complex, multi-task environment.Strong capability to provide technical and business leadership in an IT setting.Effective organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven analytical and problem-solving expertise.A comprehensive understanding of enterprise IT architecture and disciplines.Ability to conduct systems planning, technical innovations, and strategic analysis.Team player with the ability to operate independently.Responsibilities:Coordinate with the COR/GTMs to facilitate staffing and oversee key personnel roles across all task areas.Ensure the completion of daily duties and the efficient running of operations pertinent to the contract.Provide regular reports on task activities and any relevant matters to the GTMs.Maintain accountability and deliverables aligned with industry standards, management practices, and IT disciplines.Play an active role in strategic planning, technology innovations, and feasibility studies.Function as a technical and business solutions authority to resolve a variety of complex issues.Uphold a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle.Serve as a primary point of contact for technological and operational issues.
