The Team

We are searching for experienced administrative assistants to support the leaders within our dynamic Content Operations Organization. This team supports the larger group’s objectives by connecting different parts of the business across the pitch-to-play ecosystem. We do this by identifying synergies across Regions, verticals, and functions when solving shared problems, communicating consistently, measuring progress, and helping to improve workflows and ways of working. 

The Role

We are looking for people who are self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, positive, and able to pivot when necessary. Much like the teams you will support, this is a demanding and fast-moving role that requires someone proactive and solution-oriented with a mind towards helping the success of the team and thinking about the needs of the individuals they support. We are looking for someone who is excited about the content we make and is excited about playing an important role to support our Content Operations team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactive management of calendars for the leader and their team, including scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Book, manage, and coordinate logistics for team meetings, events, and offsites 
  • Assist in booking travel when needed
  • Creating presentations and documents using Google Suite
  • Sitting in on meetings and taking notes 
  • Processing extensive expense reports in a timely manner
  • The ability to assist with team projects and events as needed
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant capacity 
  • Proficiency in Google: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Groups
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Independent worker with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and switch easily between tasks
  • Displays professionalism in communication with internal and external partners
  • Responsive and able to work flexibly across multiple time zones
  • Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
  • Strong judgment and ability to make decisions quickly
  • Strong attention to detail at all times
  • Team-player who operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and work on short deadlines
  • Tech-savvy is a huge plus

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $60,000 - $240,000.

Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
