This role will support our Nestle Premium Waters (NPW) and Ready to Drink Beverage divisions within Nestle USA's portfolio. Our focus is on elevating iconic brands, including Essentia, San Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, Perrier, and Nesquik. As part of the NPW Sales team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience by supporting key objectives aimed at cultivating demand, equity, and elevating our internationally produced water, premium waters, and Modern Milks. Position Summary:
The Distributor Sales Manager position is responsible for leading distributor growth through the distributor network. Specifically, by leading, managing and training distributor professionals to ensure achievement of Nestle sales and execution of "perfect account penetration" in DSD trade segments.
This position is responsible for day-to-day direction and management of the distributor to meet assigned objectives. Inclusive of: building and maintaining distributor relationships, managing distributor strategy and execution in local markets including: leading efforts during market optimization projects. They lead distributor execution plans for assigned projects to ensure continuity of service to our customers. Accountable for achievement of DSD sales volume and trade. This position will cover the Minnesota, Wisconsin and surrounding market.
