Nespon Solutions is Hiring a Remote Sales Account Manager (Plastic Industry)

We're seeking a Sales Account Manager focusing on the Midwest region with a specific emphasis on Milwaukee,, Chicago, and Plymouth areas. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recent experience in selling rigid plastic packaging such as containers or rigid protective packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the assigned territory, with a focus on Milwaukee, Chicago, and Plymouth, WI.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the region.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Travel to client sites within the territory, with the ability to reach Chicago, Milwaukee, or Plymouth within an hour.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in selling rigid plastic packaging.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to reach Chicago, Milwaukee, or Plymouth within an hour for client meetings.

Compentation: Base Salary plus bonus plus commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Experience level:

  • 5 years

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overnight shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 75% travel

Experience:

  • selling Rigid Plastics like Containers: 5 years (Required)
  • selling Protective Packaging: 5 years (Required)

Location:

  • Milwaukee, WI (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
