Job Summary:

UGM is currently looking for ambitious, energetic candidates to assist our retail customers and builder clients. The candidate will develop skills in lead generation and new client acquisition. Here at UGM, we focus on the growth of our clients and professional growth of our employees. As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage day-to-day activities of the showroom and safety, policy & procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers on behalf of UGM Surfaces
• Answer phone calls and emails from customers regarding products.
• Active participant in sales, scheduling, documentation, stock control, and management.
• Participate in customer service meetings to discuss sales, product information, and customer updates.
• Service customers by providing product information and resolving any issues.
• Maintain customer accounts, records, and provide invoices and receipts.
• Communicate with customers regarding new arrivals and assist with inventory selection.
• Prepare sample boards, upload granite slabs images, and communicate with customers via phone/e-mail.
• Maintain pricing, promotions, displays and coordinate open house.
• Follow up with customers regarding tagged slabs, past due balances, and collection of regular invoices.
• Maintain contact list for designers and sales professionals with fabricators and design firms.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to multitask.
• Previous customer service skills
• Must be detail oriented and have great organizational skills.
• Familiar with basic office software and computer literacy.
• MUST HAVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
