American Management Services is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative ($100K-$150K annually) - Milwaukee, WI Near Milwaukee, WI
This is a sales position in which appointments will be set up for you and you will also be expected to do your own prospecting. Our ideal applicant must be self-assured and comfortable conversing with business owners (C-level executives), as well as present themselves as an accomplished professional. Our next applicant for this position will not just be driven by success and enjoy closing deals; they will also be energized by the thrill of winning and have a strong passion for "the game."
We are looking nationally for self-motivated and results driven salespeople!
- 10 years of outside face-to-face B2B sales experience with proven record of sales success with numbers to back it up
- BS in Psychology or BA in Business or Minimum of 5 years as a business owner
- Experience using a sales system
- Ability to learn our CRM system
- Experienced at prospecting
- Call center support to assist with telephone prospecting
- Exceptional "can do, whatever it takes" attitudes
- Professional, courteous, and strong room presence
- Consultative selling model
- Self-motivated and organized with great time management skills
- Compassion and desire to make a difference in people's lives
- Ability to do overnight travel 25% or more (expenses paid)
- Networking experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Daily life:
- Often start and end your workday from home (75% or more of the time)
- Meet with business owners on pre-set appointments within your dedicated territory
- Professionally challenge business owners to want to do better (stepping out of your comfort zone)
- Attend small business networking groups/meetings such as Chamber of Commerce, Vistage, and trade groups.
- Supplement your scheduled appointments with inventory calls
- Close your appointments
