Outside Sales Representative - Uniform & Facility Services
Lechner Services is looking for a New Business Outside Sales Representative to prospect a territory within Southern Wisconsin.
Our Sales Representative hunts for new business prospects, sets appointments with decision makers and educates them on Lechner’s uniform and facility service solutions. Sales Representatives are compensated with a generous base salary, monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses.
Essential Duties:
- Consistently prospect and close new business
- Travel to and from client sites with their assigned zip codes
- Assess customers’ business needs and recommend products/service solutions
- Negotiate service agreements and organize new account installation
We offer our Sales Representatives:
- Base salary generous commission and bonus structure

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years outside sales experience preferred, but not required
- Proven success in selling a service and/or B2B sales preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
