The Senior Records Assistant will be responsible for the maintenance and storage of electronic and physical firm re cords and documents. Tasks associated with this position include scanning documents into the firm records management system, processing records retrieval requests, preparing files to be sent to offsite storage centers, coding and classifying documents, and working directly with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff.
This position is a Senior role that will require traveling between the Baltimore, DC, and Richmond offices. Each office has a records center where physical files are stored. This is a physical position that will require extensive walking, standing for long periods of time, and moving boxes weighing up to 25lbs.
The idea candidate will have excellent technical skills with experience using photocopiers, scanners, and Microsoft Office suite. Clean driving record is required.
