Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Santa Rosa
Compensation: $25-30/h
Job Summary:
Local leader in construction needs an Accounts Payable Specialist in Sonoma County. This position will be supporting the accounting department by processing high volume AP, receive supply orders and maintain records on Excel. Having a background in construction accounting as well as experience with the software Lienwriter is highly desirable.
Job Title Responsibilities:
- High volume AP data processing (250 invoices/week)
- Sort and match AP invoice support documents
- Invoice batch and edit review
Job Title Requirements:
- 2-3 years of high-volume, full cycle AP processing experience
- Spectrum & Lienwriter; Highly desired
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word)
Additional Information:
Our client is offering health care, 401k and PTO.
