Navi Nurses - Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Navi was built by nurses for nurses, empowering registered nurse (RN) contractors to rediscover joy in their nursing career by providing comprehensive care directly to post-surgical, aging, and end of life clients.

Founded in 2021, Navi Nurses has helped hundreds of nurses to provide thousands of hours of care across the greater Phoenix area. Navi is hiring an inbound sales development representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for prospective Navi Nurses’ clients, and assist the client and their caretakers in selecting the correct care plan.

Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role Summary

Navi Nurses is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an inbound sales development representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to prospective clients. Ideal candidates are energetic, compassionate self-starters who are capable of managing inbound contacts. The position requires excellent organization, computer and phone skills, and the ability to achieve sales goals.

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to prospect inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Listen to prospective client needs and provide information about the appropriate care package via phone, text and email.
  • Capture detailed and accurate information. Schedule appointments for RN Navigators.
  • Leverage established sales scripts and prospective client support protocols to improve client conversion, retention and overall happiness with Navi Nurses.
  • Support the business development team in prospecting potential partnership and client leads in Navi’s CRM platform. 
  • Meet and/or exceed Navi Nurses individual goals and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Demonstrate adaptability. Learn and follow new policies, procedures, and software.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively analyze and communicate information.
  • Deep interpersonal skills, including experience in leveraging sales and support scripts to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in data entry and navigating online software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • 2 years of experience of inbound sales and / or customer support.
  • Knowledge and experience using a variety of software tools, including:
    • Hubspot
    • Google Suite Tools like Gmail
    • Outlook
    • ConnecTeam (preferred)
    • CharmEMR (preferred)
    • DialPad (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Ideal candidates will have: 
    • Experience in a healthcare setting, interfacing with clients / patients (preferred).
    • Additional degrees related to healthcare and / or nursing (preferred).

Location

  • Location 
    • Preference for candidates living in Arizona and the greater Phoenix metro; candidates that successfully complete 40 hours of in-person and / or online training with the Director of Nursing will be eligible for flexible work locations on certain days.
    • Navi Nurses Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona 85004
  • Schedule
    • Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, including weekends.
    • Flexibility in weekly hours and days worked.

Compensation

  • Role Type
    • This is a 1099 contract position. High-performing candidates may be eligible for employment after at least 6 months.
  • Compensation:
    • Base pay is anticipated to be between $20-$25 per hour. 
    • Candidates will also receive incentive / commission bonuses pay based on individual performance and client closes. 
    • Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
  • Location: 
    • In this US-based position your location will be hybrid. 
    • Ideal candidates will work from our Phoenix, AZ office 50% of the time, with the option to work remotely the other 50%.
