Natron Energy is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Holland, MI

Outstanding opportunity for an experienced, professional, people-oriented Office Assistant in a fast paced, start-up environment. The successful candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
The preferred candidate will have a successful track record of problem solving, a “can-do” attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to liaise positively with all levels of management. Must be comfortable with change in all its facets and be able to lead others.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
  • Serve as the point person for office assistant duties including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Errands, Shopping
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience & Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Compensation/Pay Transparency

  • In addition, Natron Energy has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan with Match, Life Insurance, Parental Leave Benefits, Discretionary Time Off (DTO) and Paid Time Off (PTO) for Exempt and Non-Exempt employees respectively, and 11 paid holidays.
  • The salary range for this position is a minimum of $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
