Job Description
National Security & Protective Services, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Office Manager to support various office functions. Specific duties that may be assigned include data entry and receptionist. All work will be done in person. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and custom databases are the computer based programs used for the position. Basic administrative responsibilities will include typing, scanning, faxing, filing, photocopying, greeting & assisting with interviewing applicants. Position involves daily interaction with the Deputy Chief & Commander along with other office support positions, managers, service representatives and customers.
