Location: Arlington, VA
Position SummaryThe Manager, Product Management will be responsible for managing the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for their assigned product portfolio. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to drive product innovation and growth. In addition, they will work with product ops, and coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Research, Marketing, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assist with executing product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and objectives.
- Help craft and implement product marketing strategies for all product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and growth.
- Assist with conducting market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and customer needs.
- Help define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Work with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction and business results.
- Work with Product Ops to ensure smooth operation and delivery of products.
- Partner with the product management specialist on all product tasks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Research, Marketing, and IT to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software company.
- Self-starter with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
