**Job Description:**
As our Client Services Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners, tenants, and vendors. You will oversee the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants. Manage online reviews and utilize current marketing platforms to showcase available properties.
2. Tenant Relations: Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners. Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Delegate maintenance requests and coordinate repairs as needed.
3. Facilities Management: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards. Coordinate maintenance tasks and repairs with the maintenance team, vendors and contractors.
4. Financial Reporting: Review monthly financial statements with the bookkeeping department. Provide owners with detailed reports on property performance and financial metrics.
5. Owner Relations: Maintain open communication with property owners, keeping them informed of property updates, vacancies, and financial matters. Address owner inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
6. Team Lead: Work with leasing and maintenance team members to coordinate an overall cohesive and positive experience for owners and tenants. Ensure the team members understand the priorities of the work, and that their work supports the Client Services Manager’s needs.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or client services management, preferably in residential real estate.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium).
