Job SummaryAs a Human Resources Director, you will play a vital part in our company by strategically managing and developing the organization's human capital, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring effective talent acquisition, retention, and development. You will implement policies and procedures, manage HR, and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Duties And Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and training that support both compliance requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will align staffing, recruitment, and retention strategies with the overall goals of the organization.
  • Administering and overseeing various HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave management, investigations, performance management, and talent development, will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • Identifying staffing needs and implementing best practices for hiring and talent management will play a vital role in ensuring a high-performing workforce.
  • You will diligently ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, regularly reviewing and modifying policies as necessary to stay up-to-date.
  • Staying informed about the latest HR trends, laws, and best practices will be essential, and you will be responsible for effectively communicating any changes to the management team.
Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
  • Minimum five years of HR management experience, with SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems; quick learner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail, effective time management, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
