Kelly is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our client via phone and email communication. As a representative, you will handle incoming calls and emails from the receptionist and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
This is a non-customer facing role, where you will primarily interact with customers remotely. Training will be provided for all processes, and no advanced knowledge or degree is required.
