We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote IT Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote IT Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software and hardware products, and provide guidance and solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware products

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in IT customer service or technical support
