My Cardiologist is Hiring a Human Resource Manager Near Miami, FL

My Cardiologist is the Leading and Highly Reputed Cardiology Group Practice in the South Florida Region. We are looking for a qualified human resources manager to assist in the daily functions of benefits management, payroll processing, leave, enforcing company policies and practices, onboarding, and offboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Administer or oversee the administration of HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Coordinate and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's HR compliance and strategy needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR and employment law.
  • Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends, including review of reports and metrics from the organization's HR information system.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required, Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a HR management role.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Ability to pick up on concepts quickly and execute them with little oversight.
  • Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Bilingual a plus.
