The Family Resource Advocate, funded by The Children's Trust at the YMCA, plays a pivotal role in the direct service and implementation of the YMCA's Family Support Services (FSS) program across program locations in Miami-Dade County. Reporting to the Family Resource Director, the Family Resource Advocate is responsible for providing comprehensive support to families in need, helping them access public benefits and services as part of the FSS program's case management approach.
