Job Overview:
we are seeking to hire a receptionist/ front desk person for our office.
This will be a temporary position for 3-4 months
Duties include:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in a pediatric office is preferred but not required
