The Children's Tooth Spa is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Philadelphia, PA

We are a growing company and looking for a MOTIVATED dental front desk receptionist that is motivated to GROW within our company. Candidate skills help ensure that our dental office works efficiently while providing a professional, friendly point of communication for patients. Motivation and wants to grow in their career is a must!!

Requirements of a Dental Receptionist Include:

  • Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.
  • Organization, time management and multitasking abilities.
  • An understanding of dental office procedures and workflow.
  • Computer literacy in basic applications like email and Microsoft Office.

The Responsibilities of our Dental Front Desk Receptionist Include:

  • Greeting patients as they arrive and answering the phones.
  • Scheduling and cancelling patient appointments.
  • Dental Charting and Treatment Planning.
  • Verifying health coverages prior to appointments.
  • Completing and filing insurance forms and dental billing records.
  • Translating dental services into proper billable codes.
  • Managing office inventory and supplies.
  • Communicating with dental supply vendors.
  • Handling test results including x-rays.
  • Office duties including document filing, scanning, and creation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
