Job description summary
Municipal Emergency Services seeks a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to problem-solve and work well under pressure. The main goal of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally. The CSR will work cooperatively with our Outside Sales reps, suppliers, and distribution team members to continue our successful growth and provide administrative support to the local branch. This role will work onsite in our Denver, CO location.
