We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement to join our GTM Enablement team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Associate Director of GTM Enablement to execute our team engagement strategy, ensuring the seamless rollout of training, processes, and tools across our revenue teams.
Your ability to partner cross functionally, orchestrate training sessions, live workshops and deliver revenue generating programs and resources will be crucial in supporting the growth and efficiency of our Sales and Customer Success teams. Total compensation for this role is between $97,000 and $117,000 , depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
