I. **Job Description.
As a Sales Account Executive you will oversee customer accounts and be responsible for expanding our customer base by identifying and cultivating relationships with pool contractors, pool maintenance contractors and pool retailers. Your goal is to drive sales and revenue growth in your assigned territory. In this position, your responsibilities include working with existing customers to ensure they continue to use our company's services, as well as seeking out and establishing relationships with potential new customers by providing exceptional, personalized customer service.
II. **The duties of the position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Customer identification and prospecting: Identify, engage and follow up with potential clients within the pool contractor and maintenance industry; develop a thorough understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and prospective clients. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales goals and targets for assigned territory. Effectively present and promote pool products and services to customers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities. Provide information and insight to the management team for strategic planning.
III. Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the wholesale pool industry.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Computer proficient.
