• Minimum 3 years’ of previous experience in a customer-facing sales role
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales goals
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Strong relationship development and people skills
• Keen ability to overcome tough objections with a solution-selling
• Results drive and proactive work ethic
• Self-motivated to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows-based programs, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Proficient in utilizing CRM system; Prior HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Clean DMV record required
