- $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

- Supporting and motivating Salespeople
- Measuring team member alignment with the company's mission and vision through the attainment of their individual goals.
- Demonstrating thoughtfulness, a fun-loving attitude, and heroism towards our customers.
- Helping OM in operations to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
- Attend meeting about KPI's on a weekly basis with OM
- Help OM managing P & L and annual budgets
- Creating raving fans out of our clients
- 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
- Ability to become DOT vehicle certified with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
