Job Description:

We’re seeking a dynamic individual to lead our daily operations with care and precision. As the Operations Manager, you will spearhead the day-to-day management of our hauling and cleaning team, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Handle email inquiries, inbound calls, and client callbacks to facilitate job bookings.
• Maintain and optimize scheduling and staffing to meet operational demands.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, maintaining prompt communication through Slack.
• Ensure adherence to uniform standards across the team.
• Supervise inventory management of tools and equipment.
• Conduct daily huddles to coach and prepare teams for their day.
• Oversee the maintenance of our fleet, ensuring all vehicles are serviced and in top condition.
• Provide training for new employees to ensure proficiency and alignment with organizational standards.
• Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organization as appropriate.
• Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments to monitor.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and tactics, and relay pertinent information to relevant departments.
• Continuously assess and enhance operational practices to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Allocate resources and materials effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Track and analyze operational trends to forecast future needs and optimize performance.
• Provide daily oversight for external teams involved in operations.
• Actively contribute to the expansion and innovation of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
