As the Director of Human Resources at Mountain Vista Senior Living, you'll perform a critical role in providing management of the Community HR department, including the interpretation and administration of policies, programs, and procedures in compliance with state and federal employment law as well as our mission and core values. Your work will support about 160 employees at the local level and collaborates closely with our corporate home office to address payroll and human resources needs.
