Lead Product Manager

In this role as Lead Product Manager, you'll join a passionate, global team to shape the future of the company's products. You'll oversee the full lifecycle of product development, from ideation and market research to implementation and launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new features and products to life. Your creativity and startup mindset will help enhance a portfolio of applications that empower users to connect. The role requires adaptability to work across different regions' time zones, including North America, South America, and Europe.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of product management experience
- Strong roadmap management skills
- Excellent writing skills for creating epics and stories
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Productboard, MixPanel, and Google Suite
- Experience developing KPI metrics and designing A/B tests
- Passion for the online dating space and fostering meaningful connections
- Ability to identify loopholes and continuously improve
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Familiarity with product ideation frameworks like CIRCLES
- Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze trends to improve products
- Skilled in go-to-market management and strategy
- Decisive and able to secure buy-in to drive projects to completion
Responsibilities:
- Lead the discovery, development, and launch of innovative product features
- Drive product improvements and new product development
- Optimize efficiency to deliver repeatable and predictable results
- Collaborate with data teams to evaluate feature success and performance
- Align working hours with team members across various time zones
Bonus Skills:
- Technical architecture experience with mobile apps
- Experience with social or dating products
- Background in data research or consumer software
This will most likely start off on contract, and convert to full time shortly after. The hourly rate would be between $70 and $85/hour. The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $175,000, with a strong emphasis on fostering an inclusive and supportive company culture.
