Our client, one of the largest retail and apparel companies in the country, is searching for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their professional services team in Albuquerque, NM .

This position will be responsible for supporting level 1 and 2 tickets through ServiceNow , solving issues both in person and remotely at other sites, and triaging AV issues in conference / meeting rooms.

This opportunity to grow your technical support skills with an industry leader begins on a W2 contract and will not be around for long!

Responsibilities :

• Provide Incident and IMAC support to internal customers and business partners
• Stage and configure machines for new hires and deploy new hardware as needed
• Work with the Build Center team to provide timely delivery on all hardware deployments
• Complete workstation replacements for qualified users
• Test, configure, install, and manage the repair of all IT-related equipment
• Accurately log and track ticket-related workload in ServiceNow

Requirements :

• Thorough understanding of service desk and customer support environment
• Expertise in MS Windows 10, OSX, iOS, MS O365, and MDM for mobile devices
