Mission:

Quantum is currently seeking a Network Support Technician to provide the US Space Force (USSF) Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) support related to its mission to plan, task, integrate, provide Command and Control (C2), and support integrated Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR). C2 is conducted day-to-day, through reachback capabilities and deployable subject matter experts, in support of US Combatant Commanders (CCDRs). Assistance is provided via the JNWC NAVWAR support cell, coordination cells, and deployable theater coordination cells.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Enterprise network equipment per published policies, updates, and patches.
• Submit change requests to Enterprise support centers when adding new equipment and software.
• Maintain Standalone equipment per approved System Security Plans.
• Assist Information System Owners with approved Change Control Process and Information Security Officer with convening the Change Control Board.
• Document approved changes in required format and document Authorizing Officials' determination and perform change deployment of approved changes per the System Security Plan.

Requirement:

• Associate Technical degree or 6 years of relevant work experience.
• At a minimum should have 3 years of relevant work experience in general and/or specialized operational and maintenance support to computer network systems and associated equipment.
• Must be certified at IAT Level II.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain DoD TS/SCI Secret clearance.
