Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:
- Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions
- Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Prepare and distribute reports to management
- Assist with night security procedures
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work overnight shifts
