We are looking for an experienced Paralegal with a solid background in contract and LLC laws to support our legal department. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably with a focus on business law. The successful candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks, providing accurate and timely support to the legal team, and contributing significantly to the success of Moe's Group LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including service agreements, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Assist in the comprehensive management of LLC formations, including preparing operating agreements, amendments, and handling dissolution procedures.
• Conduct thorough legal research on various business law aspects to support ongoing cases and provide legal advice.
• Prepare and manage legal documents, filings, and correspondence under attorney supervision.
• Maintain and organize legal databases and files with high accuracy and accessibility.
• Communicate effectively with clients, external counsel, and government agencies as required.

Qualifications:

• Degree or certificate in paralegal studies from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with substantial experience in contract law and LLC formations.
• Profound knowledge of business law and practices, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Exceptional organizational, detail-oriented skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit, Google workspace, and legal research databases.
