Thorndal Armstrong is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for its Las Vegas, NV office. The qualified candidate must have at least three years of prior insurance defense experience and be experienced in all phases of litigation. Our team of paralegals assists the attorneys in preparing for trial and should be familiar with document productions, preparing authorizations to obtain privileged information, preparing 16.1 disclosures, providing experts with the requested documents for review, summarizing medical records and maintaining and organizing documents, records and exhibits for use at trial. You should be familiar with the local court rules and e-filing procedures.
Thorndal Armstrong has been providing legal services throughout the state of Nevada for over 50 years and provides a congenial work environment with excellent employee benefits.
