Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents related to estate planning, probate, and trust administration
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
- Organize and manage client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with the legal team to provide excellent service to our valued clients
Requirements:
- Paralegal certification or relevant degree
- Proven experience in elder law, estate planning, probate, or trust administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $39.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
