We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide support to our CEO. This candidate will perform a broad set of administrative functions requiring confidentiality, strong initiative, and sound decision-making. This is a key role for a detail-oriented quick thinker who relies upon their excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities. The right candidate will need to be proactive and adapt procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments that directly support our CEO and of our executive leadership team. This is a highly visible role that requires regular interactions with internal employees and also key external parties including Model N’s Board of Directors, our valued customers and members of the investment community.
Responsibilities:- Manage all calendar needs, complex domestic and international travel arrangements and business expenses for the CEO. · Assist CEO with the necessary preparation in advance of internal and external meetings, conferences and events. · Work to make time, information, and decision-making more effective for the CEO in areas of this role’s responsibility. · Recommend new processes and approaches to drive efficiencies and productivity. · Manage logistics for weekly executive team meetings and take notes on any action items that require further follow up/attention. · Assist with preparation and production of presentations and meeting materials. · Serve as a strong communication support channel between CEO and executive leadership team to foster team alignment, teamwork and engagement. · In partnership with Corporate Communications, maintain long-range calendar of company events/activities for CEO/executive leadership team reference that will assist with effective planning corporate events. · Share updates and information on behalf of CEO for business-as-usual matters as needed in order to facilitate business operations. · Maintain strong relationships with other executive administrative staff, working in partnership to support the success of the collective executive leadership team. · Regularly work with information that is highly confidential, strategic and critical. · Take on ad-hoc project assignments as needed and as time permits. Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in executive support in a fast-paced work environment. · Excellent verbal and written communicator. · Expert project management/organization skills and exceptional attention to detail. · Strong computer skills required including full proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint. · Able to work well under pressure, be adaptable to change and pivot quickly. · Must possess superior judgment, professionalism, and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times. · Demonstrates curiosity and desire to develop a level of business acumen that will contribute to his/her success in role. · Proactive, sees something that needs to be done, and takes the initiative to act. · Willingness to work hard and take direction while also anticipating problems and their solutions without explicit guidance. #LI - MN1
