We are searching for a talented and experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee our ambulatory care services and drive excellence across all aspects of our clinic. Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of ambulatory care services, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to establish and maintain quality patient care practices
• Lead efforts to improve quality metric standards and meet external client expectations
• Develop and maintain fiscal budgets to optimize resource allocation and financial performance
• Provide ongoing staff development and support to promote professional growth and excellence
• Serve as a liaison with payer representatives and regulatory entities, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines
• Resolve patient care issues and act as a patient advocate to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to support organizational goals
• Supervise departmental staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field (Master's degree; preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 2 years managerial experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Fluent in English required; fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) (preferred, but not required)
• Proficiency in other languages is an asset

Schedule : Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

Pay : $115k – $125k
